Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

PDFImageTools (pdfimagetools.online) is owned and operated by CONVERENTIS DIGITAL VENTURE ("we", "us"). These terms form an agreement between you and CONVERENTIS DIGITAL VENTURE. By accessing or continuing to use the site you agree to them; if you do not agree, please stop using the service. If you use PDFImageTools on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; if you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

2. The service

PDFImageTools provides browser-based PDF and image utilities. Because processing happens on your device, you retain full possession and control of your files at all times. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the tools for any lawful purpose. You are solely responsible for the files you process and for complying with any rights or licences that apply to them. You must not: use the service unlawfully; use it for fraud, spam or abuse; infringe anyone's intellectual property; or interfere with the security or integrity of the service, including uploading malware, probing or scanning our systems, bypassing technical limits, or automated scraping. You must not reverse engineer the service or resell or redistribute it. If you hold an account you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for activity under your account, and for keeping your details accurate.

4. Intellectual property

The service, including its software, documentation, design and branding, remains the property of CONVERENTIS DIGITAL VENTURE and its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. Your files and content remain yours.

5. Accounts, plans and billing

Accounts are optional and free. Pro is a subscription at $9.99 a month or $99.90 a year, and you can cancel at any time from your account page. Pro access starts once the subscription is confirmed active and ends when it is cancelled, expires or is no longer in good standing. Higher file, batch, workflow and storage limits apply while Pro is active; saved files remain yours to download and delete, and storage limits are enforced when saving.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for our 7-day money-back guarantee.

6. Blackout and masking

The PDF Blackout tool covers areas visually and flattens the page. It is visual masking, not certified redaction, and should not be relied on where a legal or regulatory redaction standard applies.

7. Availability and no warranty

The tools are provided "as is" and we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Always verify output files before relying on them, and keep originals. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service, in whole or in part, for material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. When access ends you can export or delete any files you saved; data we no longer need is deleted.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions: support@pdfimagetools.online.
